The reduction of global financial deficit may be reduced if we grant human beings free clearance through global borders granting them global citizenship is a thought for political linguists. The borders between our world countries may prove to serve as discussion pieces for rendering solutions to barrier problems. The global citizen contributing to a country or countries may introduce the language for trust and peace politically, but again the "Free Person" will have to be either modified or prove purposeful intentions with "Innovation and Creation" that will secure a future destiny within intended country of occupancy.
This truly is a concept worth modular conception, but in this model intuitive thinking tells me that all humans should have Global Citizenship but who is to prevent bureaucratic barbarism from deliberating a geopolitical agenda that creates policies that grant this freedom to only those who can afford it? The art of transforming something natural into a mechanism for producing profit is the barrier hindering global economic effectivity; however, the world banks would have to agree on creating "The Human Interest Rate" if the acquisition of monies or money will continue to be the perpetuating device predetermining human destiny.
Global health or the World Health Organization will have to become a private corporation with world investments in human interests to engineer the global citizen health package. Here the language is cyclical and pseudo in that once again the majority of the human race will be required to abstain from such unaffordable and unreachable destinies leaving opportunity to the elite and wealthy. The New Domestic National Citizen will remain within the confines of sociopolitical laws restricting further human development, dreams and identity to self actualize or become manifest in an already depleted resource-less nation. World poverty can be eliminated with and without the Global Citizen Project. The problems are not embedded in freedom created Projects or Methods, but are found in "The Insatiables." Those who create a mechanized barrier requiring a function to acquisition an otherwise free source for life. Taking a human resource and making it unattainable for otherwise needing human being populations is not just cruel it's not creative, innovative nor productive. The engines of invention motivate investments that serve as the premise for job creation.
