Method For Making Disaster Prevention Laws May Prove Maniacal

           The language for Climate Change may soon lose its luster to the gambit of initiative engagement. If in litigation climate change can't be better defined without the postulations of science and science is at lost for better words without the irrefutable "proxies," or predetermined clues that can only be extracted from the impending events of "reality" so that in the latter the law may learn to say from these disasters we may prove that policy must be written to match the needs of recovery is not just ridiculous but in psychological terms it's maniacally insane.  There is no wonder to reason why our current political mental health meter has already exceeded beyond The Moral Compass only to succumb to a state of delirium. The Bipolar Schizophrenic behavior of our National leaders has led our Global Allies into an indecisive hesitancy leaving world currencies, markets and Foreign Affairs encapsulated in a Catatonic state. 

   The science arena must understand the difference between Climate Change and Global Warming well enough to explicitly define each in their own realms how they must be addressed and how we as A Global Community must remain unmaligned because we refused to be exploited for the exchange of enlightening knowledge of Natural Disaster Prevention and Intervention Protocols for the sake of profiteering.  In this letter written to Kim Bouwer in response to the article "Climate Consciousness in Daily Legal Practice," I address the hindering methodology in litigation that thwarts the postulation, it's proposition and manifestation of Real Immediate Solutions for Natural Disasters.  I further remark upon these legal mechanical methods as "Impedes."  Keep in mind Kim Bouwer is a PhD Student and Teaching Fellow at the Bartlett School of the Built Environment, University College London. 

The Letter Reads as Follows:

Dear Kim Bouwer,

RE: Journal of Environmental Law

     The article written in reference to Climate Change, "Climate Consciousness in Daily Legal Practice,"  seems to impede the idea to impose that because we either know very little about articulating for deliberation on climate change that we should wait for pending events that may occur in real life.  The imposing impedance proposes that policy is best designed not with acute wise intervention but more the experiences we may painfully undergo and learn from throughout yet another generation of time.  It is in best interest to postulate however erroneous until a purposeful real effective solution is engineered and manifested so that in the interim we may never fault the integrity of invention, imagination, innovation, creation, faith, and hope as latency impedes. The impedance lingers in absence of prospective thinking and the inability to create beyond the legal encasement doomed to rely upon the scientific models of trial and error.  The ever so weakening force hindering evolution of the human condition is the very weights that predetermines a single capacity.  To lead the environmental realm of the world into adhering to climate change is as easy as writing and submitting your own policy without fear of rejection. Even easier is to provide Real Solutions to Natural Disasters that Trump present day protocol response guidelines in agencies such as, NOAA, NASA, CDC, WHO, DOI, THE UN, THE WORLD BANKS, EDF, EPA and their likes.

     Creating not just a Responsive Resilience to Climate Change,  but more Prevention, Intervention, Protocol Models filled with Real Solutions for Impending Catastrophes.  In conclusion we must truly know what Climate Change is, where and how it is occurring,  what best intervention models best solve each predetermined disaster, and what protocol response criteria are in place to stoke not adapting management but more adapting policy guidelines that evolve and transform to meet unpredictability and unpreventability of Storms or Natural Disasters.

The Integrity of Faith

Particles become heavy after they are given their internal masses. Lighter particles that have not been given their masses remain without an internal structural defining integrity.  When particles pass near or through a specific field the field injects or induces Integral Qualitative Virtues, defined and perceived by physicist as quantitative values, into these particles. These "quantitative values" give the particle an integral virtue that reveals its intrinsically inherent nature when interacting with either other forces or particles.  The value is defined in physics as a mass because it is culpable or applicable to mathematical Models or theories.  Particles yielding to forces may be called "gluons" for their cohesive natures. In the non-fiction book Plasma Faith Physics the author reveals mechanisms that exist that provide particle tenacity, integrity, tensile cohesiveness and expounds upon purposeful predestined codes of eternity and infinity within specific dimensions. In the interim while Physicist have yet to discover how the Quantum Language in Theory may confirm or grant purpose that is Relative to human existence so we may live advanced lives this author delves fearlessly into how exactly everything in time, matter and space is relative to human life.  To further postulate why heavy particles are chosen over lighter is a significant authored postulate for Prospective Proportions indicating that the inner encasements of such particles are not conducive for Qualitative Data but may serve purpose not so much for Anti-matter but for dark matter or dark energy.   In the interim where gravity becomes relevant it may serve to perceive that this is where the gradient for mass to occupy a time sequence that produces matter. Exceeding electromagnetic particles forgo at times gravitational forces for a time but are particles driven by forces or do they lead forces requiring repulsion from real friction or opposition? 

In physics it is explained that forces are carried by their prospective particles and the particles may sometimes decay.  However it is more conducive to perceive and attribute a physical substance with ability or capabilities without accrediting it's alleged carried force.  To speak of force as a separate virtue to a particle maybe erroneous on the part of physicist.  Particles engaged by forces may be so engaged for reasons unbeknownst or yet discovered.  If Electromagnetic forces are carried by photon particles it would suggest that the forces are dependent on the particles and their subatomic parts while these particles are in accelerated states. However the dimension of these specific forces remain elusive, undiscovered and unexplained. 



There are uncharted phenomenon yet to be understood to accredit human intelligence with discovering them. However more vague will remain our abilities to transform explicit languages of   dimensions into everyday cultural discussions while human efforts to make these connections become less Relative, less evolved and more contrite in spirit and faith. It is imperative that we understand that societal Cultures best benefits when political and special interest agendas abstain from manipulation of laws that serve as contrite mechanisms that contribute to implicating belief systems of religion or faith as negligent. The search for dimensions that give subatomic particles their destinies stokes The Enlightened Era of Faith.  The Political states must within themselves along with judiciary Systems arrive at the evolved state of existing creating laws of letter to act for perpetuating a posterity for life producing families, health, wealth and happiness.



The Languages of Sciences that Mold the attributes of our political governments serve as their objective conscience and hold no priority for moral service as it proves to a national economy to first serve the economic interest of the nation deemed to be in The Best Interest of the Nation.  This pluralistic uniformed language lends to the idea of a force that exists unifying the nation, but when the unifying force is aborted then adopts populism the irrefutable truth of creation, life, time, and matter are purposely abscond hindered, defied, contorted, halted for other deceitful agendas needing to supercede purity, innocense, faith, truth, virtue, morality,  religion, righteousness,  hope, love,  life, family,  time and matter.
