The US Environmental Intelligence Agency (EIA) has endeavored to enhance its ability to create new sciences that will help predict weather in an even greater future time frame. For more than a decade now The Author Arctic Falcon of the Non Fiction Book Plasma Faith Physics has raised challenging questions to our Nations leading agencies during great crisis asking whether protocols and policies meet the needs of our times. Stoking the great need for Prediction Models to supersede traditional Prevention Methodological Technologies, the Researcher, citizen scientist and Author Arctic Falcon, submitted White Papers to the Appropriate Port of Call Homeland Agencies, has written letters to senators nationwide, to the president of the United States, to Global Embassies and the likes requesting and providing Alternative Solutions to Real Time Natural Disasters, Global Poverty, and Disease Control. Many have doubted and even questioned the audacity of the Author's unyielding tenacity in the belief that PREDICTION MODELS for Natural Disasters were more than necessary. He tirelessly believed it was possible. Ten or more years later the good news came. As of late January in the year 2015 US EIA will put into ACTION its Super-Computers both with an Operational capacity of FIVE (5) PetaFlops to handle Data.
“NOAA is America’s environmental intelligence agency; we provide the information, data, and services communities need to become resilient to significant and severe weather, water, and climate events,” said Kathryn Sullivan, Ph.D., NOAA’s Administrator. “These Super-Computing upgrades will significantly improve our ability to translate data into actionable information, which in turn will lead to more timely, accurate, and reliable forecasts.”
In addition to these Super-Computers US EIA will be launching DSCOVR Spacecraft/Satellite one million miles away from earth. A Collaborative Unified effort by NOAA, NASA and the USAF that was said to be launched no Later than January 29, 2015 from Cape Canaveral Florida. Three years of hard work and 110 plus days later DSCOVR will be in its Lagrange Orbital Disposition between the Sun and the Earth sending immeasurable volleys of data to Scientist at the National Geophysical Data Center in Boulder Colorado. The spacecraft will serve as a Prediction System intercepting and transmitting potentially dangerous solar radiation outbursts that could disrupt communications, or electronics in indus- tries and in homes. While these are incredible efforts the Author still will remain adamant with FAITH that better PREDICTION MODELS can be timely projected into Future Time to Better Prepare the People of the Earth with Accurate predictive Forecasting averting Natural Disasters.
